The Government of Ontario partnered with Conscia to accelerate their digital transformation across Ontario.ca, using our Digital Experience Orchestration (DXO) platform to modernize without replatforming. In just nine months, they launched five high-impact initiatives including platforms for Long-Term Care, Service Ontario, and Ontario Courts built on top of legacy systems using a fully MACH-compliant, low/no-code orchestration layer. By unlocking data trapped in spreadsheets, databases, and file systems, Conscia enabled the government to unify and deliver information through modern APIs—powering multilingual, contextual experiences at scale. This approach allowed teams to launch in weeks, not months, with full data governance, zero disruption, and a future-ready foundation for AI and ongoing innovation.

One Experience API Layer for Omnichannel Touchpoints

The low-code orchestration layer that unifies data and APIs through a universal integration layer

Citizens don’t think in systems they expect seamless, personalized experiences across web, mobile, in-person, and AI-powered channels. Conscia’s DX Engine acts as a single API layer between your frontends and any backend system, simplifying how data is retrieved, contextualized, and delivered.

With Conscia, public sector teams can:

  • Deliver one unified API for all channels—web, mobile, kiosks, voice, chat, and more

  • Contextualize responses based on language, user role, location, or eligibility

  • Transform and format data dynamically to fit each touchpoint’s needs

  • Reduce frontend complexity by eliminating glue code and channel-specific integrations

  • Accelerate time-to-launch while maintaining full governance and observability
